The Interface Video Art Festival invites filmmakers and video artists who experiment with the audiovisual medium to participate in this year’s edition by submitting their works by November 28, 2025.
The festival is dedicated to experimentation in film and video, welcoming works that explore innovation in audiovisual research. We seek films and video pieces that provoke and redefine what moving images can be. The program includes a wide range of genres, such as hybrid film forms, visual narratives, animation, and creative documentaries. The festival’s aim is to present engaging works from around the world that push the boundaries of moving images, challenge convention, broaden perception, and explore new aesthetic futures.
The Interface Video Art Festival will take place from December 11 to 18, 2025, online at https://interface-festival.com, followed by screenings at Art-kino Croatia in Rijeka, Dokukino KIC – Cultural Information Center in Zagreb, and the Žitnjak Studios in Zagreb (Croatia).

Interface Video art Festival was developed as additional part of Hartera Music Festival. Since 2014 it runs as an independent event devoted to new media and video art forms. It provides an opportunity for emerging artists to create, thrive and present their innovative work.
